1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 24bd9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 24bd9 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://24bd9.app and its subdomains.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 24bd9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and must not register an account.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated or localised version of these Terms, the English version shall take precedence and be considered the authoritative text.

1.2 Separate Policies

These Terms should be read alongside the 24bd9 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all three documents simultaneously.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

24bd9 enforces age verification for all new accounts. During or after registration, you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to 24bd9's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution, and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is successful.

2.2 Jurisdiction Responsibility

24bd9 makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate or lawful for use in every jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is legal under the laws of their country, state, or region. 24bd9 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 24bd9 services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. All information provided at registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact details — must be genuine, current, and accurate. Providing false registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the 24bd9 platform at any time. If 24bd9 detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. 3.2 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 24bd9 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be considered to have been carried out by you, and 24bd9 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

24bd9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and platform integrity standards. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage during your relationship with the platform:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.

24bd9 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where: a breach of these Terms is identified; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour is detected; a self-exclusion request is activated; or where required by applicable legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

24bd9 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept cash payments and does not operate physical locations.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment channels are currently supported on 24bd9 for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits:

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Deposits are typically credited to your 24bd9 account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing may take longer due to banking delays outside 24bd9's control.
• 24bd9 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit is not credited to your account within 30 minutes, please contact 24bd9 support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 24bd9 support following identity verification.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed the full KYC verification process described in Section 3.3.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 24bd9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

24bd9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on 24bd9 carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

Where bonus abuse is detected, 24bd9 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account in serious cases. Confirmed abuse may also result in a report being filed with relevant fraud prevention bodies.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The 24bd9 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer applicable to a single account per player, per household, and per device. Players who are found to have claimed the welcome bonus through a duplicate account will have the bonus voided and may face account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Cancellations or amendments are not permitted after confirmation except where a demonstrable system error has occurred.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or significant event change, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to each market type as stated in the sportsbook help section.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per market, per event, and per player account. These limits may vary and are subject to change.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, game disconnection, or any other technical failure that interrupts a game round before a result has been determined, 24bd9's standard policy is to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the player's account balance. 24bd9 accepts no liability for any profits or losses that a player claims would have resulted from a game round that was interrupted by a technical fault.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 24bd9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity during any stage of account use.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play on 24bd9 if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by a person known to be under 18.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 24bd9 platform content without express written permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24bd9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 24bd9 platform or any of its services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

24bd9's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 24bd9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Platform Availability

24bd9 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or any of its features. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or actions by internet service providers may cause temporary disruptions. 24bd9 accepts no liability for losses of any kind resulting from platform unavailability.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 24bd9 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the platform operator's registered jurisdiction.

8.3 Complaints Procedure

8.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect unaffected by any such modification.
